The term “soft wash” is a relatively recent term referring to a cleaning method that does not use high pressure from a pressure washer to clean your surfaces.

High Tide uses a separate, dedicated pump system powered by an air diaphragm to apply the proprietary blend of detergents to the affected area and the detergents do the work safely!
We do use a pressure washer with low pressure to rinse away the detergents after the proper dwell time has been achieved, and the rinsing power helps to break down the detergents effectively so that no damage is done to your property. All that is left behind is a shiny and clean roof! The best part is that the detergents not only destroy the dirty stains immediately, but it also kills the problem at the root-so regrowth is slowly tremendously.
